Who and where are you?
My name is Barbara Haviland and I live in Groves, Texas which is in East Texas.
How did you get started art blogging?
I really don’t remember when I started blogging but, I thought it would be good to post my paintings and get some sales.
Any tips for other EBSQ art bloggers?
I think the best thing is to post daily and I have been posting every day for almost 2 years.
What’s your musical inspiration of choice when you’re working in your studio?
I listen to all kinds of music and find that I work best when I am alone. I paint every single day and love doing that.
What’s coming next from your easel?
Right now I am working on a triptych Bayou landscape. Each panel is 17″x40″ and it is very large. I am also working on some birds. I always work on several pieces. Oh, I have some elk too that is almost finished.
Thank you Barbara for being an EBSQ Blogger of the Week!
