We’re declaring May to be delurking month

In a nod to one of my long-time blog buddies whose birthday is today, we’re officially declaring May “EBSQ Delurking Month.” We’d love to know more about who you are, why you’re here, and how we can better serve you as an artists’ organization. Now, we know a lot of you from the forums (and have even met many of your personally over the years!) but we’d really like to hear from folks we’ve never heard from before.

  • What prompted you to join EBSQ?
  • Are you using your membership the way you envisioned before becoming a member?
  • What three things do you like most about EBSQ? The least?
  • Any new features you’d love to see?
  • In general, how can we do a better job at fulfilling our mission to support living artists?

Whether you stop by the forums, post a comment on our blog, give us a tweet, or drop us an email is entirely up to you. But we do want you to know that we don’t bite, that actual people work here, and we’ll actually write back!

  1. I will email if I have any questions or suggestions in detail. Just wanted to let you know I enjoy EBSQ as my art home and community!! Also, I love Fabio’s work!

  2. Hi; not lurking, only been on site for a few weeks, trying to figure out navigation. I’m just getting back into producing after many years doing art related things and trying to lay as many tracks on the web as quickly as I can. I found EBSQ via an art blog, I like I here, seems less frantic than the big E which sometimes resembles an agitated anthill.

  3. EBSQ is a great art community and a very diverse on at that. I am always discovering something which I like a lot!

There is much that I have not explored on the site and I appreciate the pointers and blogs about where and what.

The staff here are the best, and could not be more helpful and welcoming- I have met some great folks on this site. The promotional attention is very nice too!

These are some of the reasons I am glad to be a part of EBSQ
