Team EBSQ-Etsy is proud to announce this week’s Featured Friday Store run by Carolyn Schiffhouer

Heide Hibbard: I think of Carolyn’s work (Bromley2) as something like romantic dreams – some with a bit of a haunting edge about them. I was looking for something soft and dreamy for my spa-like bathroom and found a perfect piece in her store. The image was on unstretched canvas and was perfect for my bathroom with the humidity the canvas would not buckle or warp. I am picky about printed images and was not disappointed with what Carolyn had sent me.

Kris Jean: Carolyn brings level of maturity to such a new field, which in turn makes her creations so unique.  Some people don’t look at digital art as a true art, but anyone who has seen her work knows different. Her work has such an attention to detail. She creates her art in high resolutions with the foremost software. She goes beyond common filters. She painstakingly creates her compositions from her own photo references (1,2 or even 12) - toils over her mathematical formulas for her fractals. She is the digital queen of the EBSQ forum.

Carolyn work is so thoroughly sophisticated and polished. She works on such a high level of quality in both the kinds of images she chooses and the way she orchestrates the process. Carolyn is a true master.

Carolyn’s work encompasses such a wide range, I’m just in awe of her expertise and mastery of the media. My favorites are her dream-like landscape. No wait! My favs are her fractal abstracts. No…her still lifes!
